Proverbs 29:18, “Where there is no vision [no revelation of God and His word], the people are unrestrained; But happy and blessed is he who keeps the law [of God].”

Have you every been asked what are your plans for today, or where do you want to eat after work, or maybe what’s your career path for the future? All of these questions seem pretty good at face value, but when we really stop to think about some of our daily interactions and life in general… we sometime do it mindlessly. What I mean by that, is that we assume that if we say it, those plans will transpire. Perhaps, it is time to reset how we approach the “Present” called Today. May I suggest that we begin in God’s word and prayerfully seek Him concerning our going and coming. Our next breath or moment alive is not promised. However, if we humbly approach life from the reverent perspective of bowing before the Throne of Grace, we will not only gain Wisdom that will lead us, but see/feel the Holy Spirit as our Guide, who clarifies God’s Vision for our lives. Yes, we as God’s children can be Visionaries endowed with Insight and Understanding that only God can give. My prayer is that we begin and end our days in the greatest place of all, humbly submitted at the feet of Jesus, living in obedience to Him and His Word.
